Terms of Service.

The deal between you and Wagt. Plain words, no surprises.

1. What Wagt is

Wagt is a subscription to a pre-built AI agent. You pick an agent, connect it to the tools you already use, and it runs tasks for you.

Wagt is a tool, not an employee. The agent will do its best, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome — sales, replies, deals, or otherwise. You stay responsible for the decisions you make based on what it tells you.

2. Account

You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.

One account per person. Sharing accounts is not allowed.

3. Payment

Your subscription is monthly and auto-renews in Saudi Riyals (SAR) until you cancel.

Payment is processed by Stream (streampay.sa). We never see your full card number.

Prices and any applicable VAT are shown at checkout. If we change the price of a plan, you will get at least 30 days notice before it applies to you.

If a payment fails, we keep your agent running for a short grace period while we retry. If it still fails, the agent is suspended and then deleted.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Wagt to break any law that applies to you or to the people you contact.

Do not use Wagt to send spam, phishing, scams, or unsolicited bulk messages.

Do not use Wagt to impersonate another person or organisation.

Do not try to break, reverse-engineer, or attack the service or its infrastructure.

Do not use Wagt to generate or distribute content that is illegal in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for what your agent does on your behalf. Review what it sends, especially in the first weeks.

Only grant OAuth permissions you actually need for the agent to do its job. Revoke them when you no longer need them.

If you connect an account that belongs to your employer or a client, make sure you have permission to do so.

6. Termination

You may cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.

We may suspend or end your subscription if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or put us at legal risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

When the subscription ends for any reason, your agent is deactivated and your operational data is deleted, subject to the retention period in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep Wagt available, but we do not promise uptime is perfect. Maintenance, third-party outages (cloud hosting, Stream, Google, WhatsApp), and rare incidents happen.

If a major outage is our fault and it lasts more than 24 hours, write to us and we will credit your account fairly.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Wagt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — lost profits, lost data, missed opportunities, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Wagt in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes, we will email you at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using Wagt after that, you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be decided by the competent courts in Riyadh.
