Terms of Service

Wagt is an AI assistant that connects to the work apps you authorize (such as email and calendar), acts on your instructions, and messages you through chat apps such as Telegram. Wagt is assistive software: it can draft, summarize, remind, and (only after your explicit confirmation) send or change things in your connected accounts. AI output can be wrong or incomplete; review anything important before you approve it.

You sign in with a supported identity provider (currently Google). You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for all activity in your Wagt workspace. You must be at least 18 years old, and provide accurate information.

Wagt is a paid subscription (monthly or yearly) with a free trial as shown at checkout. Prices are in Saudi Riyals and, where stated, inclusive of VAT. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and your access continues to the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and we do not store your card details. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

How the 7-day free trial works. To start a trial we charge SAR 1 to your card. This is a verification charge, not a subscription fee: it confirms the card is genuine and is what keeps automated sign-ups out. We refund it immediately and in full; refunds are issued at once and typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. The trial itself costs nothing further.

What happens on day 7. Unless you cancel during the trial, your chosen plan begins automatically at the end of the seventh day and the plan price shown at checkout is charged to the same card, then monthly thereafter. You may cancel at any point during the trial from your dashboard; if you do, you keep access until the end of the seventh day and the plan price is never charged. We tell you the exact date the plan price begins before you enter your card, and again in your dashboard for the whole of the trial.

You keep all rights to your data. You grant Wagt permission to access the accounts you connect and to process their content solely to provide the service to you. You can disconnect any app at any time from your dashboard, and revoke access from the provider's side as well. You are responsible for having the right to connect any account you connect.

Don't use Wagt to break the law, to send spam or deceptive messages, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to breach or overload the service, or to process content you have no right to process. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or other users.

Wagt interoperates with third-party services (for example Google, Telegram, and the apps you connect). Their terms govern your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that output will be accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update the service and these terms; for material changes we will give notice (for example by email or in-product) before they take effect. You may stop using Wagt and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend the service for breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
